I wanted to send a quick note to tell you what a pleasure it is dealing with a company that treat their customers with respect and that our dogs are important to you. I was a long time Invisible Fence by Stay Dog customer and was tired of their lack of concern for my dogs when I had problems with the fence or training issues. THEY did not care! I would have to wait over a week to see a service tech and wait a day for a response to my phone call. I was referred to you by another Invisible Fence customer that was having the same experience and found Pet Stop. You responded to my phone call immediately and had a technician out the next day. That is customer service! We were not even your customer and you provided the same service that you provide your actual customers. We are now loyal Pet Stop customer and have switched all of our Invisible Fence equipment to Pet Stop. We love the service and we only have to change the battery in the collar once a year instead of the Invisible Fence battery that we had to change every 3 months at a cost of $80 per dog x 2 dogs = $160 per year or $1,600 in ten years for batteries. Over the span of 10 years the batteries cost more than the initial fence did.

Just a short note of praise for Pet Stop and, especially, Karl who has been so responsive to our every need. We were long time customers of Invisible Fence dating back to 25 years ago. We have had many dogs over these years and we put up with a lot of delays in both their service and their responses to our problems with their system. It was not until our complaints were heard by the staff at Braxtons Animal Works that we had heard about Pet Stop and were encouraged to make the switch. Our Invisible Fence system was converted over to the Pet Stop system (and eventually even our collars for our current two dogs were switched) and we couldn't be happier. The system is more reliable and, most importantly, whenever we call about a problem, we receive a call usually that same day in response to the problem. Our concerns are taken seriously and often, Karl himself will make a trip out to our house to check out the problem and come up with a solution. We feel that we receive personal attention which in this day and age is crucial for growing a business. We are extremely pleased with Pet Stop and, especially, our relationship with Karl. Our dogs are safe and we feel secure in the knowledge that whenever they are left out of doors, they will not stray from home. We have referred many of our friends with dogs to Pet Stop and they too have been pleased. Keep up the great work!

We WERE long time Invisible Fence customers,

Until we heard all the great things about Pet Stop! We had enough of the so called great product and service from Invisible Fence. We switched out collars from Invisible Fence to Pet Stop due to reliability and battery cost savings. We are still using the Invisible Fence transmitter in the garage, but will soon switch that out with the next problem. Karl was great and was honest with the assessment of our situation. He did not try to sell anything just presented the benefits with Pet Stop. The great thing is we can now get the great service from Pet Stop and use their superior product and keep our dogs safe and we know that Pet Stop is only a phone call away.
